Bio


"People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." 

This quote by American poet, Maya Angelou, is what drives me as a storyteller. With any project I am a part of, I strive to make people feel. Storytelling is my way of understanding the world. It is my way of connecting to other human beings, in hopes that my made-up stories and personal experiences will inspire, encourage, or motivate at least someone to change a part of themselves or to change the world. 

As a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago's Cinema Art + Science program, I am very eager to continue building my professional network and experience so I can succeed in this industry. I am a firm believer of throwing myself in the deep end. In other words, I enjoy jumping into any project with the full intention of working my hardest to stay afloat, no matter how difficult. That is how I learn best. 

I love many aspects of film, but writing and directing are where my heart truly lies. With one un-produced feature and ten short scripts under my belt, five of which have been produced, and three which I have directed, I am always searching for motivated individuals to collaborate with. Please contact me if you are interested in working together or finding out more about who I am and what I do.
